I was really impressed with Sam, because he had all the time in the world for me, even though I wasn’t his sale, and I’d turned up right on closing time. He told me how great the system was for all the same reasons Sybren had, and offered me the same accessories Sybren had, with the same reasons why I should have them. This consistency of approach, really gave me confidence in the product .

After my event, I stopped by your Brisbane store with the two bubble machines. Your staff member gave me fantastic customer service and the machines worked a charm.
